When to consume Cadence Race 500
It is recommended that you use Cadence Race 500 Sachets 30 minutes to 1 hour prior to training sessions.
Cadence Race 500 has been specifically designed to maximise hydration and energy whenever you need it most.
You may want to be careful about consuming Cadence Race 500 late in the day – as the caffeine content may disrupt your sleep.
Instructions for use
It is recommended to mix one sachet with 500ml to 1L of water. You will probably find it easiest to mix the product by shaking it in a bottle.
